This lactation cookie recipe (like most lactation recipes) can be changed quite simply to include other boosting foods like chia seeds, brewers yeast and cinnamon.

Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ cups chunky peanut butter
  • 2 ½ cups packed coconut sugar or brown sugar
  • ⅓ cup melted coconut oil
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 ½ cups quick-cooking oats or old fashioned rolled oats

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.

In a bowl, combine peanut butter, coconut sugar, coconut oil, eggs, baking soda, and vanilla extract. Stir until well combined. Add in oats and mix until well combined.

  • Brewer’s Yeast
  • Flaxseed Meal Soaked in Water for 5 mins

  • Brown Sugar
  • Eggs
  • Flour
  • Baking Powder
  • Salt (optional)
  • Vanilla Extract
  • Ground Cinnamon

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.

In a small bowl, combine flaxseed meal with water and set aside for 5 minutes.

In a separate bowl combine and whisk together brewer’s yeast, flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and vanilla.

In a large bowl, cream together butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time to the butter mixture, beating well after each addition. Stir in flaxseed mixture and peanut butter until well combined. Add dry ingredients and mix until just combined and formed into a cookie dough.

Stir in chocolate chips. Drop dough by rounded tablespoons onto lightly greased cookie sheet. Cookies should be about ¾-inch thick.

Bake for 12 minutes or until the cookies are lightly browned and set. Let cool on baking sheet for about five minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely. These will last up to a week in an airtight container.

Peanut Butter and Honey Cookies Recipe

Ingredients:

⅓ cup honey

¼ cup unsalted butter, at room temperature

½ cup peanut butter

½ teaspoon baking soda
